RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Jugaadu Adda.
Every product at Jugaadu Adda is printed especially for you after your order is placed. This print-on-demand process reduces waste while allowing us to create unique products just for you.
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or personal preference. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund in accordance with this policy.
We will gladly provide a free replacement or refund in the following situations:
- The product is damaged
- The product has a printing defect
- You received the wrong item
TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your Order Number.
• Upload clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Requests received after the above time frame may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
ONCE VERIFIED, WE WILL:
• Send a free replacement, or
• Issue a refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
SIZE REPLACEMENT POLICY:
Please check our Size Chart carefully before placing your order.

If you're unsure about the best fit, contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order. We'll be happy to help you choose the right size.
As our apparel is printed on demand, size measurements may vary slightly (±1–2 cm) due to the manufacturing process.
If you order an incorrect size within 7 days of delivery, you may request a size replacement. A replacement fee will apply and will be communicated before processing your request.
REPLACEMENT FEE
Since every product is printed on demand, a replacement fee applies because a brand-new product must be manufactured and shipped for every approved size replacement request.
The applicable replacement fee, based on the product category, will be communicated before processing your replacement request.
The replacement fee covers the production of a new product and shipping charges.
REPLACEMENT AT NO ADDITIONAL COST
We will provide a replacement at no additional cost if:
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The wrong size was shipped by us.
• The product arrives damaged.
• There is a manufacturing defect.
• There is a printing defect.
Verification through photographs may be required before approving the replacement.
Replacement requests are subject to verification by our support team based on the information and images provided. Additional information may be requested if required.
Approved replacements will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible after verification.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
The following products are not eligible for returns or size replacement:
• Mouse Pads
• Gaming Pads
• Mugs
• Keychains
• Phone Cases
• Water Bottles
• Stickers
• Stationery
If any of these products arrive damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement after verification.
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because it is custom-made specifically for you.
SHIPPING:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary during public holidays, festivals, or unforeseen courier delays.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing your order. Jugaadu Adda is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Jugaadu Adda reserves the right to modify or update this Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page and will apply to orders placed after the updated policy becomes effective.
