Because many of our products are made or printed after an order is placed, minor variations in colour, print placement or appearance may occur as part of the manufacturing process.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, specifications, availability and pricing when necessary.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order on our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Jugaadu Adda.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues or other legitimate reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method or through the applicable payment provider.

4. MADE-TO-ORDER / PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Many Jugaadu Adda products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
Because these products are made to order:
- We do not accept returns or refunds simply because you changed your mind.
- Incorrect size selection by the customer is subject to our Size Replacement Policy.
- Colour preference or personal preference does not qualify for a return or refund.
- Approved replacements and refunds for defective, damaged or incorrect products are handled according to our Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy.

5. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, subject to the cancellation rules applicable to the order.
Once production has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation because the product may already have entered the production process.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, unless there is an obvious pricing or listing error.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges will be displayed during the purchase process where applicable.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Because our products are primarily made to order, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery is generally 5–7 business days after dispatch, subject to location and courier service.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of courier delays, public holidays, festivals, weather, operational disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Tracking details will be provided after dispatch where available.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact information.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-dispatched because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
